3) We accept responsibility. If we make a mistake, like we all do, we don’t blame somebody else, we apologize and rectify the problem. We have never lost a customer for telling the truth.

5) We keep our customers informed. Should there be a problem with a collection or a delivery the customer will be contacted and kept up to date.

Our office staff are well trained and the company has developed it’s own internal systems. Proof of delivery are available on the day of delivery after 13h00. Signed Delivery notes, Copy invoices and statements are a call away and will be forwarded within the hour.SECURITY
All our vehicles are fitted with Tracker Skytrax fleet units and are on 24hour satellite surveillance. Tracker units are upgraded every 24 months and were replaced in May 2017.INSURANCE
Insurance cover by Santam and Associated Marine. All risk including Fire, Collison and Overturning , including Theft and hijacking, Pilferage or damage to products R300000,00 per load. Total maximum R10 000 000,00 No environmental liability clause in place at the moment but Envirosure policy available From Associated Marine.
